At Hawarden we are committed to development through the latest technology. In 1998 we installed a Total Business System, which incorporates all key aspects of our business. The new system controls stock at pallet and reel level, and tracks material movements and yields through the manufacturing process.
Our stock system is integrated with a sales order processing system to enable stock to be dynamically selected and reserved to the requirements of our customers. The design of the system also allows for Internet and EDI access, and the use of a ProgressTM relational database allows powerful end user reports and information to be provided.
